properties to prospective renters on the

VACATION RENTALS BY OWNERS, nor their owners or agents shall be held liable for
any costs beyond the prorated costs paid by the client for the
services which were not provided. By using or continuing to

OWNERS and this
website, you agree to the terms and conditions of this

available properties listed herein has been supplied to MYRTLEBEACHVRBO.COM by our owner members. Every effort is made
to input the information provided by our members as accurately and

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
POLICY
Our memberships are very economical and
run on an annual basis. Since most of the work involved in
promoting vacation properties on the Internet is prep work such as
creating the ads, scanning and adding photos, submitting to search
engines, etc, which occurs in the first few weeks, MYRTLE BEACH VACATION RENTALS BY
OWNERS is unable to
offer cash refunds on any cancelled memberships for any
reasons.
POLICY REGARDING TAKING YOUR
VACATION PROPERTY OFF THE RENTAL
MARKET
Should you wish to remove your property
for whatever reason from the rental market, we will be happy to
temporarily inactivate your listing on MYRTLEBEACHVRBO.COM and reactivate it possibly at a later
date. However, your MYRTLEBEACHVRBO membership will stay in force through the
original term and the renewal date will not change. The
renewal date shall not be extended during the time that your
property is off the market.
POLICY REGARDING SALE OF YOUR
VACATION PROPERTY
Should you sell your property,
MYRTLE BEACH VACATION
RENTALS BY OWNERS will be happy to transfer your membership to a new
owner for one time $15 membership transfer fee. No cash
refunds are given. Existing and new members are responsible to come
to a fair division of fees among
themselves.
POLICY REGARDING UNRESOLVED
COMPLAINTS FROM
RENTERS
MYRTLE BEACH VACATION RENTALS BY
OWNERS reserves the
right to cancel any MBVRBO membership. In most cases, this would occur
when complaints are received from property renters and owners do
nothing to address or resolve any unsettled issues. However,
we also reserve the right to cancel any membership at our sole
discretion and for any reason.

continuing to use the services of MYRTLE BEACH VACATION RENTALS BY
OWNERS, you agree to
the terms and conditions of the above policies and
disclaimers.
